The Beet Retreat is designed to help you kick off the new year with fresh ideas, renewed confidence, and a clear plan to grow your spray tan business. This year, we’ve shifted away from a shared rental house so our team can dedicate even more time to what matters most—education, coaching, collaboration, and helping you succeed.
For just $200, you’ll enjoy three days of business coaching, spray tan education, content creation strategies, marketing ideas, networking, and hands-on learning designed to help you increase your bookings and grow your business in 2027. Whether you’re brand new or a seasoned Beettan Partner, you’ll leave with actionable tools you can implement immediately.

Retreat Schedule
January 30 – Business coaching, education, networking, and hands-on training.
January 31 – More in-depth coaching, marketing, content creation, and spray tan education.
February 1 – We’ll wrap up the retreat together with additional coaching, open discussion, networking, and a celebratory farewell dinner that evening, included with your registration.
February 2 – Travel home inspired, motivated, and ready to take on the year.
We recommend booking your hotel for the nights of January 30, January 31, and February 1, with checkout on February 2.
Coffee and light breakfast snacks will be available each morning, along with snacks throughout the day. We’ll break for lunch so everyone can enjoy Savannah’s incredible local restaurants together. Our farewell dinner on February 1 is included with your registration.
One of the best parts of Beet Retreat has always been the friendships and connections made outside the classroom. While we’re not staying in one large house this year, we’ll have designated gathering spots each evening where everyone can meet up, relax, network, and simply enjoy spending time together.
Because we’re using hotels this year, you’re also welcome to make it a family getaway! Bring your spouse, children, or a friend and enjoy everything historic downtown Savannah has to offer while you’re here.
We’ve secured a discounted room block at the DoubleTree by Hilton Savannah Historic District (Click here to book!), and we’ll also provide information for the nearby SpringHill Suites Savannah Historic District as another great option. Both hotels are in the heart of downtown Savannah and within walking distance of River Street, City Market, shopping, restaurants, and many of the city’s most popular attractions.
