1. Prep: Exfoliate and cleanse skin
2. Apply: Use the Beettan Application Mitt in smooth, even strokes, blending carefully around knuckles, knees, and elbows - don't skip this step, patchy isn't the goal
3. Wait: Leave on for up to 8 hours, then shower in lukewarm water,  skip soaps or scrubs
